Ornamental Combinations

Sambucus nigra ‘Black Lace’ (1) presents dramatic plum foliage highlighted with dashes of Geum ‘Tropical Tempest’ (2) & Dahlia ‘Mystic Sparkler’ (3) 

Warm bronze & purple toned foliage continues with Persicaria ‘Red Dragon’ (4) & Heuchera ‘Midnight Rose’ (5) , contrasted by lush Pulmonaria (6), Tiarella (7) & Acanthus hungaricus (8) 

Lamium 'Pink Chablis' (9) & Erigeron karvinskianus (10) offer a delicate combination, complimented by cool toned foliage including Achillea ‘Moonshine’ (11) 

Pops of colour from Osteospermum Cape Daisy ‘Maseru’ (12) & Salvia nemorosa ‘Ostfriesland’ (13) are accented against vibrant foliage 

Edible Combinations

Highlighting the importance of Irish Produce & Crop Production, edible displays have been created by combining varieties of Allium, Cabbage, Fennel and Globe Artechoke, interplanted with various herbs & aromatics such as Basil & Rosemary. Height is added via Tomatoes & Squash, accented with pops of colour from flowering Chives & Marigolds, and some cheeky ferns!
